Homeless Support Service
The Homeless Support Service is committed to supporting people from the Folkestone and Hythe district who find themselves either homeless or at risk of becoming so. The Centre’s commitment is based on a Christian response to social injustice.
How can we help?
We know it can take a great deal of courage to seek help, but we are passionate about responding to the crisis of homelessness and providing practical support for anyone who is homeless in Folkestone & Hythe district.
We can help you if you are:
- Rough sleeping
- Sofa surfing
- Placed in emergency accommodation
- At risk of eviction
We can provide housing advocacy and advice, weekday breakfast, referrals to support agencies, the use of a postal address, laundry service, showers, and access to our Winter Shelter.
If you find yourself homeless we can put you in touch with organisations that provide routes into accommodation. We work in partnership with agencies such as Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Porchlight.
