Homeless Support Service
The Rainbow Centre is committed to supporting people from the Folkestone & Hythe district who find themselves either homeless or at risk of becoming so. The Centre’s commitment is based on a Christian response to social injustice.
How can we help?
We know it can take a great deal of courage to seek help, but we are passionate about responding to the crisis of homelessness and providing practical support for anyone who is homeless in Folkestone & Hythe district.
We can help you if you are:
- Rough sleeping
- Sofa surfing
- Placed by Folkestone and Hythe District Council in emergency Bed and Breakfast accommodation
- At risk of eviction
We work closely with various partner agencies such as Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Porchlight to tackle homelessness locally. If you find yourself homeless we can put you in touch with organisations that provide routes into accommodation.
In addition to the above, we can also provide practical support, such as a postal address, showers, washing facilities and an emergency food provision.
