Big Sleep Out 2018

Can you imagine what it would be like to have to sleep on the streets, without the comforts of a roof over your head or a warm bed? Sadly, this is the harsh reality for some of the most disadvantaged people in our community, who face sleeping rough every night.

You can help change this by joining us for a night under the stars at our Big Sleep Out 2018 event. You will be spending the night in the open with just a sleeping bag and a cardboard box for shelter. There will be prizes for the most imaginative designs: previous years have featured a Tardis, a structure decorated with glo stix and a bed for four people so the bar is set high! We’ll also provide you with a hot meal to get you through the night.

All the money which you raise will go towards the valuable work of the Rainbow Centre, including the Homeless Support Service and the Folkestone Churches Winter Shelter.

We don’t believe that anyone should have to sleep out at night and by working with us, you can help us make that belief a reality.
