Shepway District Council is implementing the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) today. They will review this on a daily basis and decide each day whether to extend or end SWEP.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN - anyone who is sleeping rough and not already in the Winter Shelter can present themselves at the Civic Centre between 8.30am and 5pm, or can phone the out of hours team after 5pm on 01303 221888.
